Charleston, on the East Coast of South Carolina, has been named the best city in the US and among the top 3 cities in the world to relocate to. Our establishment, recognized with over 15 awards (Best French Restaurant, Best Bakery, Best Desserts, etc.), is expanding and seeking m/f candidates for the following positions: • 1 Baker • 1 Manager • 1 Assistant Manager (Quick-Service Restaurant) These roles will cover one of our 4 establishments around Charleston and our production center. Requirements: • Perfect level of English is mandatory. • Full-time availability is required. • Prior experience in Kitchen or Management in an international environment. • Previous experience in the United States is a plus. • Candidates must complete an unpaid test period of 2 to 4 weeks in South Carolina (costs reimbursed). Important: Until you are granted an approved work visa, you are not allowed to work in the United States. The company will only contribute to your expenses during this time. Benefits: • Salary: $45K–$60K depending on experience. • $5K Visa Costs. • Health insurance (~$3K). • Phone with unlimited communications and internet. • Transportation and room provided for 3 months. • Flight ticket reimbursed upon hiring. EXPERIENCED BAKER (H/F) The Baker will lead baking operations, managing the team and inventory while ensuring high-quality production. Responsibilities: • Prepare a variety of bread, pastries, and desserts using French recipes. • Manage the production schedule to meet daily and weekly demands. • Supervise and train the baking team. • Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control costs. • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Qualifications: • CAP Boulangerie or Culinary Science degree preferred. • Proven leadership and organizational skills. • Previous experience in the United States is a plus. MANAGER (H/F) The Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring team productivity and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: • Lead and train staff, manage schedules, and monitor performance. • Oversee inventory, supplies, and operational efficiency. • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. • Resolve issues while maintaining a positive environment. Preferred Qualifications: • Proven experience managing teams in a fast-paced, international setting. • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. • Previous experience in the United States is a plus. ASSISTANT MANAGER (QUICK-SERVICE RESTAURANT) The Assistant Manager will support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, maintaining high service standards, and achieving business goals. Responsibilities: • Supervise and motivate staff, manage scheduling, and ensure quality service. • Handle inventory, ordering, and cost control. • Oversee compliance with health and hygiene standards. • Contribute to marketing efforts and customer engagement. Qualifications: • Experience in quick-service or fast-paced restaurants. • Leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Previous experience in the United States is a plus.
